If youve been on the internet recently or played mobile games you are likely familiar with the ads for games like HomeScapes and GardenScapes. The only common ground you experience is that the advertisement and actual game fall within the puzzle genre, but so would games like Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, and no one could argue that they are the same for that reason alone.
